The lamps were heavy nd beautiful as shown in the pic. As soon as u send an enquiry they send u the pics nd check them properly nd pack them for us. In my parcel the screws weren't there but i didn't bother to ask them bcoz its was a lot of trouble to ship again but they sent it to me as soon as they found out the screws weren't there in the original parcel. I loved the pieces nd the customer care they provided right from the start to end. Best of luck guys on ur business to reach the sky nd do keep up ur approach to the customer the same it was great.
